Below you will find all information about our return and exchange policies.

Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Important: The return must be actively registered with us within this period.

The following conditions must be met in order for a return to be possible:

  • The item is unworn, unused and in perfect condition.
  • The original packaging and all components (e.g., dust bag and straps) are fully included.
  • All protective materials are still attached to the product.

Unfortunately, returns that do not meet these requirements or are not registered within the return period cannot be accepted.

Here's how to return your De Martinis Zurich:

  • Register your return: Simply register your return within 14 days by emailing "info@demartinis-zurich.com" and stating your order number.
  • Pack carefully: Include all components (e.g., straps, dust bag, certificate), use the original packaging or a similar box, fill the bag to maintain its shape, and release the straps if they were delivered separately.
  • Return: Drop off your package at your local post office.
    If you need help registering your return or have any questions, simply send an email to info@demartinis-zurich.com – we will be happy to assist you.

Please note: If the packaging is unsuitable or parts are missing, this may reduce your refund or, in rare cases, cause us to refuse the return.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. This helps us promote conscious consumer behavior and reduce unnecessary returns.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used.

Exchange

Unfortunately, direct exchanges are currently not possible. If you would like a different model or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Instructions for cancellation

Consumers, i.e., any natural person acting for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor self-employed professional activity, have the right to withdraw from any contract under the following conditions:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (DE MARTINS ZURICH, owner Wojahn).

You can also use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient if you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We may deduct any diminished value of the goods from the refund if this is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may refuse to issue a refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You will bear the direct costs of the return shipment yourself.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
